My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful pool and the lovely private beach. The animation team, especially Steve, really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned in terms of check-in, and I wish they accepted credit cards, but overall, it was a fantastic experience with great hospitality.

I had an amazing week at this hotel! The warm welcome and fantastic staff really made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and kept clean daily. The all-inclusive dining was diverse, but I did notice some challenges during peak meal times. However, the animation team brought a lot of fun with daily activities and night entertainment. Overall, a wonderful experience with good value for money, but there could be improvements in managing busy meal times.
